Policeman ‘repeatedly punches woman after she tells him she’s pregnant’

A shocking video seems to have captured a policeman in the act of repeatedly punching a woman – after she had told him she was 38 weeks pregnant.

The unnamed sheriff’s deputy was caught on home security cameras after he forced his way into Deanna Jo Robinson’s home to take her 18-month-old child on the orders of Child Protective Services.

Robinson, 38, spent six days in jail for resisting arrest, according to local station WFAA-TV.

Robinson says, ‘I’m 38 weeks pregnant, and with my stomach again repeatedly pressed into that counter, and with my 18-month old son watching his mother be assaulted, and him screaming in fear.

The local Sheriff, Randy Meeks, said that the department was investigating, ‘I have become aware of an internet allegation accusing one of my deputies of improper actions.

‘I have initiated an administrative investigation to determine if any policy violations occurred.

‘Public confidence and trust in the Sheriff’s Office is a high priority for me and we take all allegations of misconduct seriously.’
